Women in a men's world

This photo project which aims to become a book one day has the goal to highlight women who work (hard) in a male dominated area.

It begun severals years ago when I was myself officer in the French Army, daily confronted to all the difficulties and partialities that my high position "triggered".

Year after year I meet incredible women who struggle in their professional life just because they are women!

As a women and as a mother of a little boy, I want to contribute in changing the way the society "see" and prejudge us, my only weapon is my camera.

Veronica, Elisabet, Linnea, Petra, Lena are one of the fantastic women I hade the honor of photographing.

I'm French! Yes I am! And I live in Sweden!!! Yes it's true. Well, both are more than compatible, trust me...and they are today the key to my fulfillment.

I'm a "Life photographer". To meet people, to find the special place and the good angle, to play with lines and light is what I prefer in photography. I love contrasts. So if you need pastels pass your way :-).

I love the work of Diane Arbus, Yann Arthus Bertrand, Sebastiao Salgado, Ansel Adams, Annie Leibovitz and Paul Hansen for instance...

Photography is a long process, I need to feel something special before I shoot. That's why I use to meet my clients severals days before the shooting day to maturate the discussion we have, the images they want me to take and finally the work I deliver to them.
